Reservation Conditions |

To confirm your reservation we kindly ask you to make a down-payment of 40% of the total rental amount.The rest of the total reservation amount, along with the surcharges and damage deposit, is due at least a month before arrival at the destination. |

In case of cancellation, the following fees apply:
- 15% of the rental price if the cancellation is made at least 75 days before the start of the rental period.
- 25% of the rental price if the cancellation is made between 74 and 43 days before the start of the rental period.
- 50% of the rental price if the cancellation is made between 42 and 30 days before the start of the rental period.
- 90% of the rental price if the cancellation is made between 29 and 1 day before the start of the rental period.
- 100% of the rental price if the cancellation is made the day of arrival or in the case of no show
If the house is re-let for the same period, the down-payment will be fully or partially returned, depending on the rental amount which is received from the new lessee, with deduction of a €45 administration fee.
NOTE: Your cancellation is only valid when you have received written confirmation from us that the reservation is cancelled! |

The lessee pays a damage deposit of €100 along with the second payment of the rent. This deposit will be returned within 14 days after departure, with deduction in case of damage or extreme cleaning costs. |

Bed sheets are provided by the lessor at €3 per person. Towels and kitchen towels can be brought by the lessee, or can be provided at a surcharge. |

In July and August a minimum stay of 7 nights is required, with arrival on Friday or Saturday. Weekend rentals are from Friday to Monday; midweek rentals are from Monday to Friday. |

The house is available to the tenant from 16:00 hours. Departure is due before 10:00 hours. |

| Pet Policy |

Pets are welcome at this house. We do kindly ask you not to walk your dog in the garden. In case your dog sits or lies on furniture, we ask you to bring its rug. |

You will be able to take long walks with you pet along the beach, which is only 800 meters from the apartment. |
